Favorite Picture Book as a child: Littlest Angel, Old Bear, Polar Express, and Whale Song.

Favorite Early Chapter Books as a child: Sweet Valley Kids and the Boxcar Children.

Favorite Chapter Books as a kid/teen: Six Months to Live, Scribbler of Dreams, Romeo and Juliet, The Named series, and Harry Potter.

Favorite childhood memory: Every night my mom would come in and read to me.  She let me pick the book and each night we would read a couple of chapters before bed.  I loved it and to this day, I regret asking her to stop because I felt it was too childish.

Favorite Tradition: Each year, my mom finds one of our favorite books from our childhood.  She will give the orginal to the one who favored it the most.  Then she gets the same version for the other two sisters so we each have a copy of the books we loved as children.  

Desert Island Books: One Thousand Gifts, Harry Potter, Divergent, and some great book on how to surrvive on a Deserted Island.

Book I can’t believe you haven’t read: Divergent, Graceling, Floors, and the Moomins.

Surprising books I haven’t read: 1984 and Nancy Drew.
